This project was an infill residential development located to the rear of a protected structure on Gurranebraher Road. The client’s brief was to maximise the number of housing units on the site while maintaining a respectful relationship with the existing heritage building at the front. The challenge lay in balancing density with sensitivity to the surrounding urban fabric and the protected structure’s setting. 

My involvement in the project was during the early design phase, where I was responsible for preparing a site layout presentation. I was provided with the initial design drawing and tasked with refining it in Photoshop to create a clear and visually engaging layout for client and stakeholder review.
