This residential project is located on a greenfield site in Mitchelstown. The development aims to deliver high-quality housing that responds to the site’s context, with careful consideration given to layout, access, and integration with the surrounding landscape. 

My involvement in the project was during the early design phase, where I was responsible for preparing a site layout presentation. I was provided with the initial design drawing and tasked with refining it to create a clear and visually engaging layout for client review.
