This project was part of a wider series of residential projects in  Mungret, responding to the area’s growing housing needs. It delivers a mix of residential units alongside a crèche, supporting both living and childcare within the community. The design was developed with future expansion in mind, allowing the scheme to adapt over time while remaining connected to its surrounding context. 

My involvement in the project was during the early design phase, where I was responsible for preparing a site layout presentation. I was provided with the initial design drawing and tasked with refining it in Photoshop to create a clear and visually engaging layout for client and stakeholder review.
