This new neighbourhood in Drogheda is a thoughtfully designed, sustainable housing development that prioritises compact growth, efficiency, and community connectivity. Its permeable layout promotes accessibility to public transport, amenities, and local facilities, while the inclusion of a crèche further supports family-friendly living and enhances the sense of community. The project aims to improve the quality of life for residents and contribute to the vibrancy of the wider area.

I contributed to the preparation of detailed planning drawings and created architectural renders to illustrate the design vision and character of the development.
